At Essence Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
